     While our primary obligation is to take care of our medical and surgical patients, we also offer the peace-of-mind of veterinary-supervised boarding for your pets while you are away.  Please call for reservations.

     To make check-in for your pet more streamlined, we're happy to make available our Boarder Admission Form online.  The following form, once completed,  can be submitted via email (DrKulshan@MSN.com), by fax (360-354-3740) or printed out and presented at the time of admission.  It is our goal to make check-in as quick and smooth as possible.  If your pet has any special needs, please contact our boarding staff.  We strive to accomodate as many special requests as we can.

 Immunizations 

     Current DHLPPC, Bordetella (Kennel Cough) and Rabies vaccinations are required for all dogs.  Cats must have current vaccinations for FVRCPC and Rabies.  Current Feline Leukemia vaccination is strongly recommended for cats.

     Proof of vaccinations is required for animals that have been vaccinated at other veterinary facilities.  For maximum effectiveness, vaccinations should be given at least two weeks prior to boarding.

 Diet 

     While boarding, your pet will be served the premium diet most appropriate for its age and nutritional needs unless you specify otherwise.  Special diets must be supplied by the pet owner.

 Boarder Baths & Grooming 

     Dogs staying with us are offered discounts in our full service salon (grooming center) during their stay.

       Although Kulshan Veterinary Hospital provides the safest boarding environment possible, medical emergencies and/or unforeseen problems can arise.  If your pet develops any medical problems more serious than stress related diarrhea, we will make every effort to contact you immediately or the emergency contact specified below.  In the event that we cannot reach a family member or friend, we would like your permission to provide essential care.
