In General

As a member of the American Animal Hospital Association, we offer complete and progressive care for your large and small animals. This includes full medical and surgical services, in-house laboratory work, nutrition and preventative health care consulting, and 24 hour emergency service.

Kulshan is staffed with licensed animal health technicians. Our veterinarians are graduates of the finest universities and expand their skills through continuing education on a variety of topics including special interests. These areas include dairy production medicine, large and small animal nutrition, anesthesia, exotics, orthopedic and dental surgery, behavior and geriatric medicine just to name a few. We accumulate over 400 hours of continuing education annually to complement and improve our patient care and services.

Diagnostic Imaging

Kulshan is fully equipped to take radiographs and/or ultrasound any size patient. We also have multiple portable X-ray and ultrasound units to facilitate on-farm diagnostic work

Laser Surgery

Kulshan has recently added a surgical laser and is excited that we can now offer our patients the benefits of laser surgery.  The health of our patients is important to us and we're happy to have joined a limited number of veterinarians able to offer this exciting new option for safer, more comfortable surgery.  In many procedures, the laser replaces the scalpel and provides a better alternative to traditional surgery.

In-House Laboratory

Timely laboratory results are essential for providing quality veterinary care. Kulshan's in-house lab allows the doctor treating your animal to get quick, accurate answers that facilitate quality treatment.

Large Animal On-Farm Services

We have fully equipped mobile units capable of handling most large animal problems that arise away from the clinic. We do, however, request that you bring animals to the hospital for special procedures (i.e., radiographs, ultrasound, endoscopy, and/or surgery). This saves you the mileage fee and allows us to do these specialized procedures to the best of our ability. Experienced technicians are also available to assist with in-hospital procedures.
